Tuvar Dal is usually served with Rice and Papad in your Thali. Beware if you see some wavy items in your dal, its Dal Dhokli, another delight of Gujarat. Learn the difference.

3. GUJARATI KADHI

Kadhi is prepared with chickpeas flour and curd. You can enjoy the Gujarati Kadhi with Rice.


4. SEV TAMATE NU SHAAK

    I have tasted Dhokla first time in Surat and it was so tasty. Once i saw Dhokla in Delhi and my mouth began watering :)
     I took Dhokla and ate at home. It was not as tasty as Surat's Dhokla.
